Evergreen to build new medical facility in Redmond’s Bella Bottega Shopping Center

Evergreen Hospital Medical Center will construct a new 32,000-square-foot medical office facility in downtown Redmond.

The new facility will consolidate Evergreen’s existing offices in Redmond and will include family practice, urgent care and radiology clinics.

The facility will be located in the Bella Bottega shopping center, occupying the site of the former Gray Barn Nursery, at the corner of state Route 202 (Redmond/Woodinville Highway) and Northeast 90th Street.

Construction is expected to begin this spring, and the facility is expected to open in the summer of 2011.
