American Lung Association cuts ties with Northwest chapter

The American Lung Association has cut ties with its Seattle-based Northwest chapter, according to the Associated Press. At issue is the sale of the of the chapter’s $3.2 million Seattle headquarters to a new lung foundation, called the Pacific Northwest Lung Cancer Foundation, for $10, the AP reports.
