The New Health Reform Law: How Does it Apply to Cancer?

Barbara Flye, the Senior Health Policy advisor to Washington Insurance Commissioner, Mike Kreidler, will provide an overview of the new health care reform law, and will help you understand how it relates to coverage for people with cancer.

Also, you will find out what to do and where to turn when you have problems with your coverage, and more. Bring your questions

  • Gilda’s Club’s talks are Thursday nights at 7:00 p.m and run to 8:30 p.m.
  • Light refreshments available at 6:45.
  • Children may play at Noogieland with 48+ hour advance notice.
  • Gilda’s Club Seattle is located at 1400 Broadway in Seattle.

Gilda’s Club is a non-profit group that provides meeting places where men, women and children living with cancer and their families and friends join with others to build emotional, social and educational support as a supplement to medical care.
